This is A-Long.He is 6 years old and both of his parents died and he lives alone at the top of a mountain with his dog Lao Hei. He cooks , cleans , gardens , and lives all by himself. Despite the fact he has no parents and he lives by himself , he still manages to keep a beautiful smile on. Sadly he is not allowed to go to school because he has HIV AIDS. Squat Thrusts, seriously one of my favorite things to do when I’m working out. Lately, I’ve been doing a push up in plank position before going back up.
my drill Sergeant made us do 50 of this in youth police academy but we all had to count in unison. Someone always messed up so we ended up doing 200 of these. it was so fun…. i’ll never forget squat thrusts. it is burned in my memory.
whenever I’d jog on the treadmill, I’d watch this on my iPhone. gets me so pumped. haha

My target weight… I’d love to be between 160-150 lbs. I’m 5’6 and I want to be fit but thick… haha is that possible? I’ll make it possible. Just one step at a time. =)
I weighed myself today. I weigh exactly 280. Oh boy. Last year, I was 225. Yup. it’s time.
I own P90, Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred, and Billy Blank’s Tae Bo… oooh and Usana’s Reset.
January 1st: Record weight/ Begin Usana’s 7 day Reset program
Following Sunday: record weight/measurements. take Day 1 photos. begin Day 1 of 30 Day Shred
I am not going to do 30 Day Shred every day for the whole month… I did p90 for almost a month and i liked how the program said to work out consecutively for 6 days each week with 1 resting day. I don’t want to burn myself out, and i’m not trying to find a way to lose weight quick. I want to take my time and push my self a little more each day. I think I’ll do p90 after I finish 30 Day Shred level 1. I really like Tony Horton but who knows, I might like Michaels more. Billy Blanks.. now i’m just terrified. haha I think I might try Tae Bo after my first week of 30 Day Shred.
